Vacheron Constantin has just released a slew of watches, probably to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year, from watches celebrating the animals of the Chinese Zodiac to their new Overseas Skeleton Perpetual Calendar. But what caught our eye was the boutique exclusive and novelty Traditionnelle Tourbillon Timepiece, reference no. 89000/000R-B645.
A simple tourbillion carrying the signature crest of Vacheron Constantin and a power reserve indicator is its complications but what definitely stands out the most is the magnificent display of hand-engraved marvel under the hands of a guillocheur; the two lions on the dial and engraved case, reminding us why Vacheron Constantin is considered one of the Holy Trinity.
Limited to 18 pieces worldwide, and currently retails at $425,000 SGD.
