Patek Philippe has ushered in the Year of the Horse with a retail price increase, continuing its long standing tradition of adjusting prices on 1 February. In this update, we will focus specifically on the Aquanaut, Nautilus, and Cubitus collections.

Interestingly, unlike Rolex, which implemented larger increases on its gold models, Patek Philippe has applied a largely consistent average increase of around 4% across its lineup. While relatively measured, this represents a slightly higher adjustment compared to the previous year, where increases averaged just under three percent.

The most significant increase comes from the Nautilus 7118/1300R-001, which saw a substantial rise of S$22,100, translating to a 17.24% increase. This outsized adjustment is likely linked to rising gemstone replacement costs, as industry sources indicate that fine coloured stones such as Spessartite garnets have experienced strong price appreciation in recent years due to limited supply and sustained demand.

The second highest increase on a percentage basis was the Nautilus 7118/1453G-001, which also recorded the largest absolute price increase of S$53,400. This appears consistent with broader market trends, where dealers report that high quality emeralds have seen notable price appreciation, with certain segments experiencing double digit increases amid tightening supply.

Overall, the February 2026 price revision suggests a deliberate recalibration rather than an aggressive repositioning. While headline increases on certain gem set references stand out, the broader Patek Philippe lineup remains comparatively restrained in its adjustments.
