Audemars Piguet x 1017 ALYX 9SM: New Release Collaboration
Audemars Piguet and the founder of 1017 ALYX 9SM, Matthew Williams, have collaborated to introduce four new Royal Oak and Royal Oak Offshore references, in addition of a unique piece Royal Oak that’s sold in Auction in Tokyo today.
Royal Oak Models
The two Royal Oak models are crafted entirely in 18-carat yellow gold in 37mm and 41mm. The 37mm Self-winding model indicates hours, seconds, and minutes. To emphasize the elegant vertical satin finish on the gold dial, the hour markers and date aperture have been omitted.
The 41mm Royal Oak Selfwinding Chronograph takes dial minimalism to its extreme, removing the chronograph counters entirely and leaving only the hands on the 3, 6, and 9 o’clock positions.
Roayl Oak Offshore Models
The two Royal Oak Offshore models follow the same theme, stripping away the usual dial information and keeping it minimal and clean. Both are available in a choice of 18-carat white or yellow gold.
Auction Piece Royal Oak
The unique timepiece will go up for auction at the Tokyo launch event to benefit both NGOs Kids in Motion and Right to Play. This 41mm watch showcases a captivating two-tone yellow gold and stainless steel with a black PVD-coated gold dial decorated with a vertical stain finish.
