2022 has definitely been the year of surprise releases.

First Patek Phillipe & Audemars Piguet, and now Rolex releasing the Deepsea Challenge 126067, this is the first ever Rolex model to feature the material titanium and is the biggest model to date with a 50mm case size. Intriguingly, this does not feature a date window and houses the caliber 3230 which is the same movement as the Submariner No Date 124060.

The new Deepsea Challenge also has a new record breaking water resistance of 11,000 meters /36,090 feet. This is definitely to compete with Omega’s new 2022 novelty, the Planet Ocean which has a depth rating of 6000m/ 20,000 feet, that surpassed the Rolex Deepsea 136660. The Deepsea Challenge further solidifies Rolex’s position as the number one watch brand in the world.
